The Soule House is ideal for your Vermont Country get away. Located just 10 minutes off the St. Albans Exit 19, the short drive over the hill will be sure to impress. Upon entering the quaint town of Fairfield you will be greeted with mountainous views and rolling hills. The Soule House is nestled on 5.2 acres and overlooks the small town center making for a stately presence. The home is a sprawling 3,953 sq ft with four bedrooms, two and a half baths, and both a formal living room and dining room. It comfortably sleeps 12 people. Less than an hour drive from Jay Peak Resort and a 30 minute drive to Smuggler's Notch Resort, the Soule House can make for a great fall or winter retreat.
5 Hour House Rental (Up to 25 people): $400 + 9% tax
This option is great for hosting a baby or bridal shower, private birthday party or retirement party, etc.
Overnight Stay (Entire House): $450/night
Bedrooms are not rented out individually. The house is only rented out as a whole. Minimum of a 2 night stay. 9% tax applies.
Weekly Rate (6 nights/7days): $2,100/wk
Monthly Rate: $3,250
*NOTE: The formal living room has a sleeper sofa to sleep two people making for 12 people total in the house.
The Parrot Room
This romantic honeymoon suite is ideal for the lovebirds as it offers plenty of space and privacy. Includes a king size bed and an electric wood stove for the cold winter nights.

The Twin Room
Perfect room for the bridesmaids to be together or for a family of four. This room includes one full size bed and two twin beds. The room also features an electric fire place.

The East Room
This cozy room is tucked away at the end of the hallway. It is furnished with a full size bed and has access to the second full bathroom. This room features great mountainous views.

Betty's Room
An ode to Elizabeth "Betty" Soule - the last member of the Soule family to reside in the house (2006). This is the only bedroom on the first floor. Betty's room has a full size bed.
