Wedding Package

2022 Barn and House Rental: $5,000 + 9% tax

House Rental:

Exclusive use of the house and property; Friday 2pm through Sunday 10am. Longer stay in the house is subject to availability for an additional fee.
Maximum overnight guests = 12
"Grab-'n-Go" style breakfast served Saturday morning

Carriage Barn:

Seats up to 100 people
Designated Bar area
Reception End Time: 10:30pm
Option to have rehearsal dinner (3hrs) in barn for an additional $250

Tent Site:

For larger weddings, the grounds have a tent site available that can accommodate two different sizes. Tent fees separate.

Tent Size #1: 20' x 60' (100 people)

Tent Size #2: 30' x 60' (150 people)

Barn Rental Only

5 Hour Barn Rental (up to 50 people): $700 + 9% tax

This option is available for baby showers, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, private parties, etc. This option is not available for weddings. A single luxury portalet is included.

5 Hour Barn Rental (51-99 people): $900 + 9% tax

This option is available for baby showers, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, private parties, etc. This option is not available for weddings. Two luxury portalets are included.

Carriage Barn Only: $3,750 + 9% tax

This option is available for the wedding couple that wishes to have exclusive access to the grounds and barn only; Friday 1pm through Sunday 11am. No access to the house. This option includes two luxury portalets.

For the wedding couple booking with The Soule House and Carriage Barn, the fee to use the barn for rehearsal dinner is $250.

Tent Site Only

$2,800 + 9% tax

This option is available for the wedding couple that wishes to bring in their own tent or a tent sourced from a tent company. We highly recommend Vermont Tent Company. Exclusive weekend access to the grounds only; Friday 2pm - Sunday 10am. No entry into the barn or house. House rental separate for additional fee.
