Wedding Packages

2024 Barn & House Rental $5,600 + 9% Tax:

> House Rental:

  • Exclusive use of the house and property; Friday 1pm - Sunday 10am. Longer stay in the house is subject to availability and additional fees apply.

  • Maximum number of overnight guests = 10

  • 'Grab-N-Go' Style breakfast is served Saturday morning to houseguests only

> Carriage Barn:​

  • Seats up to 100 people 

  • Designated Bar Area

  • Reception End Time - 10:30pm

  • Option to host a 3hr rehearsal dinner and/or goodbye brunch in the barn for an additional $250/event 

  • 2 Luxury Portalets included

> BONUS:​

  • Outdoor Fire Pit you can utilize to create a s'more station

Microweddings/Elopements

The Soule House awaits you and select guests to host your very unique and intimate celebration. This package can be curated to your exact needs and vision.  

Base Package [House Only - 1st Floor] $350 + 9% Tax:

Access to main floor of the home for 3HRS. Allows up to 20 guests total, including the happy couple. Private access to bedroom for getting ready and complimentary coffee and tea included.

  • Cheese and Cracker Platter

  • Cake, Cookies or Cupcakes

  • Vintage Plates & Glassware

Barn Rental

Carriage Barn Only $4,000 + 9% Tax:

This option is available for the wedding couple that wishes to have exclusive access to the grounds and barn only; Friday 1pm - Sunday 10am. No access to the house. This option includes two luxury portalets, trash removal, access to our table/chair inventory, and parking assistance for guest arrival.

5HR Barn Rental [Up to 50 people] $700 + 9% Tax:

This option is available for baby showers, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, private parties, etc. This option is not available for weddings. A single luxury portalet is included, access to our table/chair inventory, and parking assistance for guest arrival. 

5HR Barn Rental [51-99 people] $900 + 9% Tax:

This option is available for baby showers, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, private parties, etc. This option is not available for weddings. Two luxury portalets are included, access to our table/chair inventory, and parking assistance for guest arrival.

House Rental

The Soule House is nestled on 5 acres and overlooks the small town center making for a stately presence. The home is a sprawling 3,953 sq ft with four bedrooms, two and a half baths, and both a formal living room and dining room. It comfortably sleeps 12 people max.  

Overnight Stay [Entire House Only] $475/night + 9% Tax:

Minimum of a 2 night stay. Bedrooms are not rented out individually. An additional $25/night is assessed for use of the sleeper sofa to sleep person 11 and/or person 12. 

 

Weekly Rate [6 nights/7days]: $2,400

Monthly Rate: $3,250  

5HR House Rental [Up to 25 people] $450 + 9% Tax:

This option is great for hosting a baby or bridal shower, private birthday party or retirement party, etc. Access to the main floor only.

*A Cleaning Fee of $275 is assessed for overnight stays and $150 for 5HR House Rentals.

Photographer's Package

$65/hr: Up to 2hrs max. Includes private use of grounds and access to the home for outfit changes and bathroom use. Additional fees apply for parties larger than 8 people when doing indoor photos.

Create a private indoor and outdoor space when working with your clients. Capture family photos on any one of the three porches or create a laid back engagement session near the pond or by one of the barns.
